PUSD Introduces Breakfast in the Classroom for Elementary and Middle School Students

The Porterville Unified School District will be implementing the Breakfast in the Classroom program for the 2018-19 school year. This program provides free breakfast for all elementary and middle school students in the classroom. All PUSD high school students will continue to receive a free breakfast provided in the cafeteria.

The Breakfast in the Classroom program will begin on Thursday, August 9, for four elementary schools (Belleview, Los Robles, Roche Avenue, and West Putnam) and the Porterville Military Academy. All three PUSD middle schools (Bartlett, Pioneer, and Sequoia) will start on Monday, August 13. Three elementary schools (John J. Doyle, Monte Vista, and Westfield) begin on Tuesday, August 14, with Olive Street and Vandalia starting on Thursday, August 16. Santa Fe Elementary will start the program on Monday, August 20.
