New to E-Portal?
Follow the steps below to create your employee account.
Before You Start: Get Your E-Portal PIN
Each employee needs an E-Portal PIN issued by the Payroll Department before registering for an account.
Request your PIN through the PUSD website under the Staff tab by selecting the Portal PIN Reset Request Form.

Register New User
Visit the Phoenix Employee Portal and select Register New User at the bottom of the screen.

Verify Your Information
Enter your E-Portal PIN, Social Security number, date of birth, ZIP code, and work district. Select Porterville Unified School District, not Porterville High School.

Create Your Account
Complete the registration fields and create your login name, password and three security questions.

Check Your Email
A verification email will be sent from [email protected]

Activate Your Account
Open the verification email and click the activation link to complete your account setup.

Log In
Once activated, log in to Phoenix. To view pay stubs and W-2 information electronically, select the appropriate option under the Consent tab.
Already Have an Account?
If you have already registered, go directly to the Phoenix Employee Portal and sign in with your existing username and password.
