ANNOUNCEMENT OF BEST VALUE RANKING
POOL RENOVATION PROJECT
Porterville Unified School District received two proposals in response to its Lease–Leaseback RFP/Q /Q for its Pool Renovation Project. The District Administration has reviewed and evaluated the proposals received and will not conduct interviews. Based on the best-value analysis, District Administration intends to recommend that the Governing Board award the lease-leaseback contract to Oral E. Micham at the November 13, 2025, Board meeting.
The Porterville Unified School District thanks all contractors and subcontractors for their time and effort in this proposal process.
