In partnership with the Tulare County Health Department, the PUSD School Nurse staff will be providing flu shots to the general public. The drive-through clinic will take place on Thursday, November 19, at Monache High School from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please enter off Newcomb (exit will be on Mulberry).
To save time, please fill out the attached form as the information is needed in order to receive the flu shot.
Kinsa thermometers also will be given away during this clinic.
