The Tulare County Special Education Office will be holding a series of parent workshops throughout Tulare County, starting on October 3. The topic of the first workshop is Organizing Students with Autism and will take place on October 3 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Parenting Network, located at 770 N. Main St. in Porterville.
Child care and interpreting will be provided at every workshop. Parents are encouraged to contact the office if accommodations for a disability are needed to attend a workshop. If you are unable to register online, please call Norma Erwin at 730-2910 ext. 5125.
