The California Department of Education released 2016 Smarter Balanced Test results as part of the CAASPP (California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress) program. The results released are only for English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics. Results for Science and Standards-based Tests in Spanish (STS) will be released later this fall.

The CDE released two videos (in English and Spanish) for parents to explain the test scores that will be mailed for every student.
