Welcome to the PUSD Special Education Department website. This website was created to assist those wanting to learn more about special education at PUSD and to serve as an informative resource for our community.
Our mission is to provide appropriate, high quality, evidence-based supports, instruction, and services to students, staff, and families of students with disabilities. PUSD is committed to creating opportunities for each student to be successful and productive citizens. Each comprehensive PUSD site offers a special education case manager and various support staff to assist in identifying and supporting special education students.
Although information and resources will continue to be added and updated, it is our hope that parents, staff and community stakeholders find this website useful providing resources that result in positive outcomes for all students with disabilities.
