AB 1230 Progress Review Notification
In accordance with California legislation AB 1230, school districts are required to maintain ongoing communication with families of students who are currently under an expulsion order.

At Vine Community Day School, in partnership with Student Services of Porterville Unified School District, we are committed to supporting student success through regular and meaningful progress reviews. These reviews are designed to monitor each student’s academic progress, behavioral growth, and engagement in their individualized rehabilitation plan.

The goal of this process is to ensure students are receiving the appropriate support while making measurable progress toward successful reintegration into a comprehensive school setting.

As part of this review cycle, families will be contacted to discuss updates, review goals, and address any questions or concerns.

We value your partnership and believe that consistent communication plays a vital role in supporting your student’s continued growth and success.
