The TCOVE Board of Directors is comprised of one appointed Board representative from each participating district. The Board representative serves a one-year assignment on the TCOVE Board but can be reappointed by the participating district. The TCOVE Board holds its regular Board meeting on the fourth Wednesday of the following months: August, November, February and June. The board meets on a quarterly basis. The February Board meeting is designated as the Organizational meeting for the year.
