Job Developer
To assist current students, graduates and area employers, Porterville Adult School maintains a Job Development and Placement Office. Job seekers who are current students or graduates should register for these free services. Employers are encouraged to request a consultation visit by the Job Developer to either list openings or to discuss upgrading skills for current employees.

Adult Community Computer Lab
The Adult Community Computer lab is a networked computer lab available to members of the community to help with preparation for new job skills, test taking, learning to type, new language skills, or just general skills improvement. A fully trained staff member is always on duty to assist students in the lab with setting goals and helping them achieve them. The computers are equipped with the latest business software titles, as well as numerous basic skills assistance software. Internet access is also available. The computer lab is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday.
